COMMUNITY:
Edgewater is a 520+ home master-planned community spreading over 130 acres in East
Wake County. On-site amenities include a pool, cabana and playground. In addition,
A variety of townhomes and single-family homes by a select builder team is offered
at Edgewater.
LOCATION:
Located just two miles east of the I-440 Beltline on Highway 64, Edgewater is only
2.5 miles from Wake Medical Center and five minutes from downtown Raleigh. The new
Triangle Town Center is less than eight miles from Edgewater and Edgewater Place
Shopping Center is directly across from the entrance. Edgewater is also easily
accessible to the new 540 Expressway and Research Triangle Park. And, opening in
2005 is the new 64-Bypass, making it even more convenient to wherever you want to
