Clayton Neighborhood Highlights:
This single entrance community most noticably possesses homes with large lots. Some of which range up to two acres plus. A two mile drive off of Route 42 puts you at the Glen Ridge entrance. Head in the opposite direction to quickly get to 70 East toward Smithfield. Glen Ridge is also close to Telecris, Nova Nordisk, Caterpiller, location of the proposed YMCA and the future 70 Bypass.
The low country, traditional and transitional style homes were built in the mid to late 1990's.
Glen Ridge is outside of Clayton city limits which keeps the tax rate well under 1.00. No community amenities, such as pool and tennis, also keeps the HOA dues to a minimum ($20 month).
Home values range broadly from the mid $100,000 to upwards of $300,000.
Large lots, mature trees and with only one entrance, cul-de-sac living is plentiful.
